- How good is the Spanish?
- Ask for the demo line and speak Spanish to it. It is the agent your callers reach, and there is no sales call in between.
- Do I pay extra for Spanish?
- No. Spanish runs on every plan, 24 hours a day. Some services staff Spanish only during business hours, or charge per Spanish call.
- What if a caller starts in English and switches?
- It follows them mid-sentence and keeps the context. That’s the part worth testing on the demo line.
- Do I get the message in English?
- You get both: the summary in English, and the transcript word for word in the language the caller used.
- Will it sound like a robot?
