Privacy

What we collect on this site. If you fill the form: your business name, website, phone number, industry, call volume, language needs, plan interest and role. If you call the demo line: your phone number, the recording and transcript of that call, and its duration.

Why. To contact you about setting up the service, and to work out which businesses this is useful for. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Analytics and advertising. We record page views and button clicks on this site. If you arrived from an ad, Google Ads sets a cookie so we can tell which ad led to an enquiry. We don’t sell your data and we don’t build profiles for other advertisers.

Call recordings. The demo line says it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded before the conversation starts. Demo recordings are deleted after 30 days. For customers, transcripts and recordings belong to the customer and are exportable and deletable on request.

Deletion. Write to hello@slovom.ai and we delete everything we hold about you.

Who is responsible. Slovom is operated by Michael Kocher, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, who decides what is collected here and why. Questions and requests go to hello@slovom.ai and reach a person, not a queue.
