Terms

The service. Slovom answers inbound calls forwarded to a number we provide, follows an intake script agreed with you, and delivers summaries, transcripts and bookings.

Not legal advice. The assistant collects information. It doesn’t give legal advice, quote fees, or form an attorney–client relationship on your behalf, and it says so to callers when that comes up.

Billing. Plans are monthly and include both a number of answered calls and an amount of talk time, both shown on the pricing page. A call counts once up to 15 minutes. Calls identified as spam are not counted. Once you pass either the included calls or the included talk time, further calls are billed at the per-call rate shown on your plan. Nothing switches off and nothing upgrades itself.

Cancellation. Any time, effective at the end of the current period. No notice period and no cancellation fee.

Availability. We aim for continuous service and will tell you when we fall short. Telephony depends on carriers we don’t control.

Who you are dealing with. Slovom is operated by Michael Kocher, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. There is no company behind it yet, and we would rather say that than imply one.
